These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PuhuStudios mobile games, including Blockigo (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its operation.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or attempt to gain unfair advantages
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with or damage the App, servers, or other users’ experience

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content (including visuals, design, audio, text, trademarks, and gameplay elements) are owned by PuhuStudios or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our permission.

5. Ads and In-App Purchases

The App may contain advertisements and optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and billing policies. We do not control Apple’s payment processing and cannot access your payment details.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, including for maintenance, security, or feature changes.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuhuStudios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the App, users, or legal compliance. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
